Delivery will be arranged within a specific 4 hour time period, so you won't have to spend all day waiting for your delivery.

From the time you order, you can expect delivery within 24-48 hours (if products are in stock).

The delivery will be conducted in a professional manner and every precaution will be taken to avoid any damage to your home.

Please be sure the pathway to your new appliance's destination is clear.

The following services are included at the time of delivery:

Uncrating your new appliance and removing the packing.

Delivering your new appliance to its location in your home.

Leveling and inspecting your new product for damage.

Installations

Delivery of appliance doesn't include installation.

Removals

If you should want your old appliances removed from the premises, they must be disconnected prior to the delivery. We charge $20.00 per appliance removal, these appliances will be loaded onto the delivery truck and hauled away.

Shipping

AppliancesBuyPhone.com, uses Parcel Post, United Parcel Service, Common Carriers, and/or Licensed Truckers to ship your products.

Merchandise Damaged In Delivery

For your protection, do not sign for merchandise until you have inspected your product for damages. If the product is damaged do not accept it. We will get you another one within 24-48 hours. Return Policy

Home Appliances, Air Conditioners, TV’s 30" and larger are not returnable or sold on a trial basis. Service will be done in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty, if any repairs are required. Within 90 days of purchase, if your product has been serviced (3) times by the manufacturer’s authorized service company and it is determined by AppliancesBuyPhone.com that your product can't be repaired, you will receive a full credit of your purchase price towards the purchase of a current product at AppliancesBuyPhone.com.

Rebates Offered by Manufacturers

Rebate and coupon offers provided by manufactures are subject by the terms specified by the manufacturer. These terms include the timeframes of the offer, limitations on quantities and combination with other offers. Proof of purchase and UPC codes from the original packaging are normally required for redemption of rebates by the manufacturer or the manufacturer’s agent.
